The teaching staff is under the supervision of Othella G. Johnson, Director and Lead Teacher.  She is an experienced and certified early childhood teacher, a certified Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor and has earned a Masters of Christian Education Degree from Emory University and the Master of the Art of Teaching for Birth - Kindergarten/Leadership from Salem College.  She frequently teaches workshops for early childhood educators. Jan Elkins, Lead Teacher, has her degree in Early Childhood Education.  All Creative Learning Center teachers participate in staff development opportunities year round.
